Hi, I'm Dr. Jamie Krzykowski, PhD, LAT, ATC, CISSN, TNC, CMWC. With almost three decades in the healthcare field and a diverse background as a college professor in health sciences, Certified and Licensed Athletic Trainer, Sports Nutritionist, Therapeutic Nutrition Counselor and Certified Mental Wellness Coach, my journey is rooted in fostering health and promoting wellness.
